    Noctura™ Blue Lights Glasses work by filtering wavelengths of light between 380-520nm.

    If worn in the evening, this enhances natural melatonin production and eliminates irregularities in the circadian rhythm. This will promote deeper, more effective sleep.

    How are these glasses different from others?

    Noctura's blue light glasses filter wavelengths between 380-520nm. Most blue light glasses available on Amazon just add an orange tint to their lenses, which is very ineffective for sleep regulation, melatonin production and sleep quality.

    What is the best time to wear Noctura glasses?

    These lenses are designed for nighttime use only, the critical period of the day when exposure to artificial lights and screens can be disruptive.

    We do not recommend wearing these during the day. We actually want exposure to short wavelength light throughout the day to promote wakefulness and to maintain our circadian rhythm. The problem with short wavelength light comes in the evening and at night, when it can be a disruptor.  These glasses are designed to filter that disruptive light in the evening.

    How noticeable are the effects?

    If used correctly (1-2h before bedtime) you should notice falling asleep faster.

    You might also notice your phone use in bed does not hinder your ability to become tired.

    You should notice deeper, more recovery-promoting sleep and a sharper feel the next day.

    Since we are regulating your circadian rhythm more effectively, you should notice reduced stress levels and improved mood by 10-20% from baseline.

    Tolerance cannot be built up, and the benefits should be noticeable in the first week of use.
